where is critical information. To assist you in tracking your computer
resources we created the System Inventory and Service Report (SISR). The
SISR consists of a System Inventory/Service Record (exportable to Excel)
and associated documents for each workstation and server you own. This
documentation provides you with easy access to system information
including IP Addresses, MAC Addresses, installed software and hardware,
hard disk drive used and available space, and much more.

After compiling the data for
the SISR, we send you a report of our recommendations to make each of your
existing systems perform as safely and productively as possible.

Tier
A Services - Backups are started and checked manually by an OTW
technician using our backup devices. Media is included in Tier A
pricing so you never have to worry about buying magnetic or optical
media. Tier A Services are usually temporary, but can be a permanent
solution.

Tier B Services - We
automate your backups which use your equipment and media. A technician
will check your backups, change the media and remove the recorded media
from your premises for safe keeping.
Because we realize our
preconfigured options won't fit everyone's needs, we also tailor custom
solutions.
Preventive Maintenance
These
are just a few of the many tasks necessary to keep your PCs running
safely and efficiently. We designed both our Monthly (MPMS) and Quarterly
(QPMS) Preventive Maintenance Services to not only assure your systems
are up to date, but also enhance your productivity.
Troubleshooting and Repair
When problems arise
solutions are just a phone call away. After assessing the severity of the
issue we'll have someone in your office for resolution at a time that's
convenient for you.

Standard Response -
OnTheWire, Inc. will respond to requests for non mission critical failures
with 48 hours of speaking with the client unless other arrangements are
agreed upon at the time of the call.

Accelerated Response -
OnTheWire, Inc. will have a technician on-site within 24 hours of speaking
with the client. Accelerated Response may require an additional fee.
